How much will it cost?

My aim is to offer portraits at reasonable prices. However, unsurprisingly the cost will have to increase in relation to the work involved. Thus, a large portrait will be more expensive than a small one, and likewise, a group portrait will be more expensive than a single one.This being said in effort to accomodate most price ranges I am willing to offer a small (12x12 inches) unframed head and shoulders painting for

as little as 600 Euro.

 

How does it work?

Unlike artist's of a bygone age I work almost exclusively from photographs. Thus, all you really need to commission a portrait is a good photograph of the person you wish to be painted. It should also be stressed that, if you lead a busy life or indeed live abroad, you can simply send me the image via e-mail or through the regular post. Needless to say the finished painting can then be delivered to you if necessary, although, this will of course lead to an additional fee.

 

What if you don't have a good photograph?

If you don't have a good photograph then I would be more than happy to take the photograph for you. Preferably this photo-shoot would take place at my studio in Dublin, which is equiped with professional studio lighting. If, however, you need me to come to you, then this could also be arranged. Although, as might be expected, this would also lead to an additional fee.
